Cloudnest Wayvyn

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cloudnest Wayvyn handles information for the first-stage AI travel planning service, including advertising consent messages, Google AdSense ads, subscriptions, support, and safety checks.

1. Who we are

Cloudnest Wayvyn is an AI itinerary drafting and travel planning service operated by an individual based in mainland China. Cloudnest Travel and Wayvyn are service names; the operator has not registered a company. In this policy, "Cloudnest," "Wayvyn," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Cloudnest Travel operator responsible for this website and related first-stage web and H5 surfaces.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

Do not enter passport numbers, full payment card details, government ID numbers, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive information into itinerary prompts. If you include that information anyway, it may be processed to answer or secure your request.

Do not send sensitive information through support or travel prompts unless it is necessary for the planning request.

3. How we use information

4. AI providers and travel limitations

Cloudnest Wayvyn may send travel prompts, generated plan context, and related diagnostic information to server-side AI providers and infrastructure providers. Provider keys are not exposed in the browser. AI itinerary drafts can contain assumptions. Verify opening hours, transit, weather, visa or entry rules, prices, accessibility, and suitability before departure.

First-stage Cloudnest Wayvyn does not provide confirmed bookings, live inventory, locked prices, travel deposits, supplier fulfillment, invoices, visa advice, legal advice, medical advice, insurance advice, emergency advice, or child-supervision advice.

5. Advertising, cookies, and consent

We use Google AdSense only on explicitly allowlisted standalone Web guide pages. Interactive Web planner/login/result pages remain outside that scope. Overseas H5 does not load a third-party display-ad network, advertising cookies, or AdSense code; this includes Telegram, LINE, KakaoTalk, and WeChat H5 surfaces. Google and its ad partners may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, IP-derived region, browser information, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, and improve ads on eligible browser surfaces.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other supported regions, we may show a Google consent management message through AdSense Privacy & messaging. That message asks for choices about personalized ads and related processing. If you do not consent, Google may show non-personalized ads, limited ads, or no ads depending on law, inventory, and technical conditions.

First-party audience measurement on our standalone editorial guide pages is separate from Google advertising consent and is off by default worldwide. Until you choose Allow analytics, the guide does not create or read a persistent analytics visitor ID, migrate a legacy analytics ID, write attribution data to browser storage, or send its first-party page-view event. We do not treat a Google consent message or Google consent signal as permission for this first-party measurement.

Your first-party analytics choice is stored in your browser. If you decline or use Analytics choices on an editorial guide to withdraw, the guide removes Cloudnest first-party analytics visitor identifiers from browser storage and stops future first-party guide page-view events unless you later opt in again. Declining first-party analytics does not change planner, advertising, subscription, or payment functionality.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or local storage may affect login, entitlement, planning state, consent storage, advertising, and analytics-like diagnostics.

6. Third-party services

Cloudnest Wayvyn may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Google AdSense, Ko-fi, PayPal, Telegram, LINE, Kakao, maps, weather, email, hosting, analytics-like diagnostics, and security providers. These services process information under their own terms and privacy policies when you use them.

7. Retention and security

Our analytics retention policy removes account and session hash identifiers after 30 days and deletes analytics records after 90 days, measured from each record's creation. A daily retention job processes expired data. These limits apply to our first-party travel analytics, including records without an assigned organization. Financial evidence and dispute records are handled separately for their specific purposes and applicable obligations.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain entitlements and audit records, handle support, prevent abuse, meet legal or tax obligations, and improve reliability. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service stage, but no internet service is completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw or change consent where consent is the basis for processing. To make a request, contact hello@cloudnesttravel.com.

9. Children

Cloudnest Wayvyn is not intended for children under 16. Do not use the service to submit children's sensitive information without appropriate authority and consent.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product, providers, laws, and advertising requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
