These terms describe the Cloudnest Wayvyn public web and H5 service for AI itinerary drafts, guide content, passive display ads, optional credit flows, and clear travel-planning boundaries.

1. Planning drafts only

Cloudnest Wayvyn creates AI itinerary drafts and planning suggestions. It is not a travel agency, booking engine, payment processor for travel products, visa advisor, insurance advisor, emergency service, medical service, legal service, or child-supervision service.

2. No booking or fulfillment promise

Public pages do not provide confirmed bookings, live inventory holds, locked prices, supplier settlement, travel invoices, refunds for travel products, fulfillment service-level agreements, or guaranteed availability. Verify all travel facts directly with official providers before departure.

3. AI output limitations

AI drafts can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for checking opening hours, transit, weather, accessibility, entry rules, visa rules, safety, prices, suitability, and local restrictions.

4. Advertising and credits

Google AdSense display ads may appear on eligible pages for visitors who are already browsing the site and can help cover AI model costs. Ad loading, ad failure, no-fill, or a visible ad placeholder does not grant planning credits. Separate credit flows may grant planning credits only when the format is approved, voluntary, and server verified. Ads are not a requirement for opening or browsing the site.

5. Accounts, subscriptions, and support

Free and optional planning credits may be limited, changed, or suspended to protect reliability and prevent abuse. Manage cancellation and payment methods in Ko-fi / PayPal. Cloudnest handles membership refund requests: contact hello@cloudnesttravel.com. Ko-fi cannot issue refunds on behalf of creators. Payment providers handle payment disputes and chargebacks. Cloudnest support can review entitlement evidence but cannot change your third-party payment account settings.

Current support-routing clarification, updated September 6, 2026: this identifies where to send a request. It does not promise refund eligibility, approval, or a response time, and does not replace the transaction terms or terms version accepted with an existing payment.
