These terms describe the first-stage Cloudnest Wayvyn public web and H5 service for AI itinerary drafts, guide content, ads, and private-beta planning credits.

1. Planning drafts only

Cloudnest Wayvyn creates AI itinerary drafts and planning suggestions. It is not a travel agency, booking engine, payment processor for travel products, visa advisor, insurance advisor, emergency service, medical service, legal service, or child-supervision service.

2. No booking or fulfillment promise

Public first-stage pages do not provide confirmed bookings, live inventory holds, locked prices, supplier settlement, travel invoices, refunds for travel products, fulfillment service-level agreements, or guaranteed availability. Verify all travel facts directly with official providers before departure.

3. AI output limitations

AI drafts can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for checking opening hours, transit, weather, accessibility, entry rules, visa rules, safety, prices, suitability, and local restrictions.

4. Advertising and credits

Google AdSense ads may appear on eligible pages. Ad loading, ad failure, no-fill, or a visible ad placeholder does not grant planning credits. Rewarded credits require a separate server-verified rewarded flow if and when such a flow is approved.

5. Accounts, subscriptions, and support

Free and private-beta planning credits may be limited, changed, or suspended to protect reliability and prevent abuse. External payment providers such as Ko-fi or PayPal handle their own payment methods, cancellation, refund requests, and disputes. Cloudnest support can review entitlement evidence but cannot change third-party payment account settings.
