Do not send sensitive information
Do not email card numbers, passwords, verification codes, passport numbers, government ID numbers, API keys, provider tokens, or private travel documents. Cloudnest support cannot cancel, refund, or change third-party payment accounts on your behalf.
Privacy requests
For a privacy request, identify the Cloudnest surface involved and describe the request without attaching identity documents unless support later explains why limited verification is necessary. Read the Privacy Policy before sending personal information.
